Dear ISG Parents, 

Welcome back to all returning families, a warm welcome to all our new families and thank you for choosing ISG. I would like to take this opportunity to pledge to you our commitment to your children to the highest standards in education.  It is important for me that you know that when you choose ISG, you have made the right choice for your child.  Our most important priorities are your child’s safety, well being and success. 

Over the next weeks, months and years, our commitment to the over-arching themes of the school’s mission statement of respect, responsibility and reaching for excellence, will show that these are not just words on a wall, but will be demonstrated through every action, every lesson, every activity, and every decision with your child in the center of all that we do.

ISG has a wonderful history, and over the last three years, you have skillfully created as parents, students, Board members, and staff, the solid foundation for a successful school.  With the support and commitment of such a passionate and committed Board, and the professional team of educators and staff, I have no doubt that it is now time to put words into action to create the structures which will ensure that each child is successful, challenged and reaches for excellence, and for ISG to reach its potential of becoming one of the top international schools. That is our pledge to you.

On a personal note, I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for making my family and me feel accepted into this wonderfully warm and welcoming community.  I look forward to meeting each of you individually and working together with you for the best interest of your children.

Cari Genitori, 

Desidero dare il benvenuto alle famiglie che ritornano anche quest’anno e rivolgere un caro benvenuto a tutte le nuove famiglie. Desidero inoltre ringraziare tutti per aver scelto ISG. Colgo l’occasione per ribadire il nostro impegno nei confronti dei vostri figli per il raggiungimento dei più alti standard educativi. E’ importante per me che voi sappiate che nel scegliere questa scuola, avete fatto la scelta giusta per i vostri figli. Le nostre priorità sono la sicurezza, il benessere e il successo dei vostri figli.

Nel corso delle prossime settimane, mesi ed anni, il nostro impegno verso i temi fondamentali della scuola – rispetto, responsabilità e ricerca dell’eccellenza – dimostrerà che questi concetti non sono solo parole incorniciate al muro, bensì attraverso le nostre azioni, le lezioni, le attività organizzate e tutte le decisioni che verranno prese, verrà dimostrato che i vostri figli sono al centro di tutto ciò che facciamo.

La scuola ISG ha una meravigliosa storia e nel corso degli ultimi tre anni la comunità scolastica – i genitori, gli studenti, il membri del Baord e lo staff scolastico – ha creato le solide fondamenta di una scuola di successo. Non ho alcun dubbio che con il sostegno e l’impegno di un Board così appassionato e motivato e di un team di educatori e amministrativi professionali, sia arrivato il momento per mettere in pratica la creazione di strutture che consentano ad ogni studente di avere successo, di essere competitivo e di raggiungere l’eccellenza. Credo inoltre che con tale sostegno ISG raggiungerà il suo potenziale diventando una delle migliori scuole internazionali. Questo è il nostro impegno nei vostri confronti.

Dal punto di vista personale, colgo l’occasione per ringraziarVi per aver accolto la mia famiglia e il sottoscritto in questa comunità meravigliosa e accogliente. Sarò lieto di incontrare ciasuno di Voi individualmente e di lavorare insieme nel massimo interesse dei Vostri figli.
